The Administrative Workflow System is one of the newest enhancements to the Professional Contact Management System (CMS) of Relius Administration.

CMS (which is included with all levels) allows you to store detailed information about the Contacts associated with your clients, and retrieve and report on that information in an easy and efficient manner. CMS lets you enter an unlimited number of addresses, phone numbers and Internet addresses for employers and contacts (contacts that work for the same employer can share the information), as well as associate contacts to any employers, plans, and/or trusts in Relius Administration.

The AWS add-on module offers additional features, such as:

• Activities are stored globally so that they only need to be set up one time and all administrators have access to them
• Over 200 activities are delivered with the system and can be used as a basis for setting up your global activity list.
• "ToDo" lists can be generated by the system with activity due dates calculated for you.
• "ToDo" lists can be filtered and viewed based on due date, completed date, administrator, activity, priority, status, and much more.

Additionally, the Administrative Workflow System has numerous reports available and all of the reports are written in Crystal Report Writer. The reports contain flexible filter and sort options so you can create a virtually unlimited number of report variations.
