Health Reimbursement Arrangement (HRA) & Qualified Small Employer Heath Reimbursement Arrangement (QSEHRA) Plans

An HRA is a Defined Contribution Health Care Plan that combines the best features of the Cafeteria Flexible Spending Account (FSA) and the Health Savings Account (HSA) Plans. New for 2017, we have added the new Qualified Small Employer Health Reimbursement Arrangement (QSEHRA).

What are the benefits of using an HRA Plan?

  • Employers have the opportunity to reduce their health plan costs by combining an HRA with other medical plans.
  • Employees can carry over funds to the next year.
  • Employers can control costs while providing more choices to their employees.

The HRA and QSEHRA packages each include a Basic Plan Document, Adoption Agreement, Summary Plan Description, Trust and Forms. They are conveniently available in Microsoft® Word format.

No Annual Maintenance Fees
Prices listed on the Order Form reflect one time charges. There is no annual upkeep charge for the HRA Plan Service nor is there a per-customer charge. If due to law changes, regulations or other official pronouncements, amendments or supplements of the HRA plan are necessary, we will provide these with a cost reflecting the scope of the amendment or supplement.

Technical Assistance
For a period of six months after an initial subscription to the HRA Plan Service, our consultants will, without charge, respond to telephone or written inquiries regarding the use of the HRA plan and its operation. We will also provide other technical assistance on a consulting fee basis.
