CSR Module (Client Service Rep Or Call Center System)

This module is designed to give plan participants the choice to opt out of a voice response unit and talk to a live customer service representative who'll have all the pertinent participant and plan data at their fingertips.

The CSR has the ability to:

  • view detailed participant and plan data such as personal information, existing loan data, account balances and requests (both pending and new) - same data as in Relius Participant Web
  • process transfer requests, loans, and withdrawal requests - same as in Relius Participant Web
  • process allocation percentage changes and demographic data changes
  • view all the key plan provisions such as eligibility, matching formula, vesting schedules, loan and hardship provisions, etc.- it's like having an electronic plan SPD a mouse click away
  • view all participant/employer generated activity from voice response, Relius Participant Web, or Relius Plan Sponsor Web
  • the above feature provides your customer service rep the ability to override participant/employer requests by deleting or modifying them prior to processing
