REGISTRATION: Registration check-in/Coffee and Danish begin at 8:00 a.m. The session starts at 8:30 a.m. and adjourns at 4:00 p.m. For your comfort, please wear layered clothing, as heating and cooling conditions may vary.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE/DRIVING DIRECTIONS/PARKING: Call the hotel Concierge or Guest Services desk for information on shuttle/taxi schedules and costs, or to request a map and driving directions.

Parking is available at Central Parking Systems (1 block from hotel):

  • Standard Size Vehicles: Self Parking is $40 for 24 hours, and Valet Parking is $45 for 24 hours.
  • Oversized Vehicles (SUVs/Vans): Self Parking is $50 for 24 hours and Valet Parking is $50 for 24 hours.
