As an operating unit of SunGard, Sungard Business Systems, LLC (SunGard Relius) has an
agreement with SunGard Availability Services for the ongoing implementation and
testing of our plans. SunGard Relius has also implemented a hot site failover
for critical systems at our Denver location to help ensure SunGard Relius is
back on-line without delay in the event of a disaster.
