The professional educators at FIS are joining with the attorneys of the Ferenczy Benefits Law Center, LLP, based in Atlanta and Knoxville, to bring you their third annual conference: Pensions on Peachtree (POP).

The conference combines the quality continuing professional education for which Relius Education, now part of FIS, is known with the intimacy of a regional conference, and the fun of a barbecue at the Ferenczy home. There will be eight breakout sessions, so you can tailor your education to your needs, along with general presentations on current developments (including the new mid-year change rules for safe harbor 401(k) plans), the fiduciary regulations, plan corrections, and ethics, as well as the "Ask the Oracles" session where you can get answers to your tough questions. In addition, one of our breakout sessions will focus on the newly proposed regulations which would change the testing of cross-tested plans.

Attendees can receive up to 15 hours (50 minutes per hour) of continuing education credits, including 2 Ethics hours. Whatever you are looking for in retirement plan professional education, you will find it at Pensions on Peachtree.

Breakout topics include:

  • Plan termination
  • UBTI
