Cross-tested plans continue to grow in popularity as more and more employers and practitioners realize the value of this plan design. But while software can do a great job of performing the detailed calculations this plan design requires, software cannot substitute for human creativity. Creativity is vital for efficient and effective design and administration strategies. But you cannot fully exercise that creativity without first understanding what’s going on “under the hood” of your software.

Join us for this three-part Web seminar as Derrin Watson walks you through each step of the fundamentals of cross-tested plans to help you better understand how to calculate benefit rates, test a plan for nondiscrimination, and design a cross-tested plan.

This is a "must-attend" program for those retirement plan professionals who are new to cross-testing, and is a great review of fundamental principles for the experienced specialist.
