2017 brought us several important developments to the retirement plan world, with more changes on the way. In this 100 minute web seminar, the presenter takes you through all that has been happening in the qualified plan world during the last year (and a little more) and explains how it impacts your practice.

Topics include:

  • Final fiduciary regulation and BIC extensions
  • New limits for 2018
  • MEPs and PEPs
  • Church plan clarifications
  • Changes to determination letter procedures
  • New rules for Safe Harbor, QNEC, and QMAC contributions
  • Substantiation of hardship distributions and loans
  • Statutory loan limit guidance
  • Midyear safe harbor amendments
  • 5500 Proposal
