Hld in conjunction with the APC in Orlando, this ERPA Workshop will cover everything an ERPA does: compliance testing, plan restatements and amendments, the determination letter process, EPCRS/SCP/VCP, Form 5500 filing including Forms 8955-SSA and 5558, and more.
