The conference room rate is $199 per night (single/double occupancy) which includes complimentary guest room high-speed Internet connection, local and 800 calls. Make an online reservation or call 866-360-7395. Identify yourself as a SunGard Conference attendee to receive the group rate. The hotel will only hold these rooms until January 16. Make your reservations early, as the hotel expects an early sell-out.

Parking
Self-parking is complimentary for the SunGard group. Overnight guests should identify themselves as a SunGard conference attendee at check-in to receive the complimentary self-park (your hotel invoice will be adjusted accordingly). Day guests, complimentary self-park vouchers will be available at the SunGard Registration Desk. Valet parking is $22 per night plus tax and $30 overnight for day guests. Note: rates subject to change without notice.

Registration
The early registration is at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 5, 2013. Registration and continental breakfast begin at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 6, and the first session starts at 8:30 a.m.

Weather and Dress Code
February is almost always sunny, with warm days and cool evenings. Dress code is business casual. Meeting room temperatures can vary, so we recommend you bring a sweater or light jacket to sessions.
