Parking
Special reduced parking rates are available at the Hilton, $9.75 per day for self-park and $15 per day for valet. Overnight guests, identify yourself as a SunGard conference attendee at check-in to receive the discounted rates. Vouchers will be available for drive-in/out day guests at the conference Registration Desk.

Registration
The Early Registration is at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, February 16. Registration and Continental Breakfast begin at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, February 17, and the first session starts at 8:30 a.m.

Continuing Education
In states where sponsor filing is required, SunGard will submit for CE approval only upon request by an attendee. In states where sponsor filing is not required, attendees are responsible for program approval and post-seminar attendee fees. CE must be requested at least six weeks prior to the program and is subject to approval by the appropriate jurisdiction. Because of the administrative requirements of state insurance accrediting agencies, we are not able to obtain CE approval for insurance professionals. See the program Continuing Education page.

Weather and Dress Code
February is almost always sunny, with warm days and cool evenings. Dress code is business casual. Meeting room temperatures can vary, so we recommend you bring a sweater or light jacket to sessions.
