Description
There may come times as we add a reminder or an extra piece of information to our data in Relius. Something more than just mentioning a change to census or plan specs. It might be just for ourselves or we need to communicate additional information to colleagues or other work groups. We could e-mail it or write it down in the paper file, but this might not get the message across. These could also be lost or deleted. In Relius Administration, however, we can record this information as notes that become part of the permanent database records—for as long as we want them to be. We can even print reports for some of them.
In this session, we will:
- demonstrate how to enter notes in Plan Specs
- show how to add notes to participants in Census
- enter notes in Transactions
- generate Notes reports
