A lot of plan design focuses on the ADP test, with good reason. In many respects, it is the most unpredictable of the various plan tests, depending as it does on employee elections. That’s why it is important to have alternative strategies to deal with the test, and that’s what we will explore in this seminar. Topics include:

Prerequisites:

There are no prerequisites or other advanced preparation for this program. The instructor will assume attendees have a general familiarity with the qualified plan requirements, and a minimum of two years of experience in dealing with qualified plans.
