Accommodations
The conference room rate is $199 S/D with in-room complimentary local calls and Internet connection. Make an online reservation here:www.starwoodmeeting.com/book/sungard2012. You may also call Westin Reservations at 888-627-8385. Identify yourself as a SunGard Conference attendee to receive the group rate. The hotel will hold these rooms until August 13 only. Make your reservations early, as the hotel expects an early sell-out due to overlapping citywide conventions.

How To Get There
The Westin is approximately 35 minutes from O’Hare International Airport, 25 minutes from Midway Airport, and is easily accessible via the Chicago Transit Authority System (CTA). CTA station “Chicago & Michigan” on the Blue Line is a 4-minute walk to the Westin. CTA station “Chicago-Red” on the Red Line is a 8-minute walk to the hotel.

Parking
Located across the street from the Westin Michigan Avenue Hotel, The 900 Shops self-park garage is accessible from Rush Street northbound or Walton Street westbound. Early bird special parking rate is $14, Monday – Friday, in before 10 am and out before 7 pm. Current rates are $31 for 4-10 hours and $40 for 10-24 hours. The Water Tower Place self-park garage is accessible from East Chestnut Street, 2 blocks away from the Westin. Early bird special parking rate is $14, Monday – Friday, in between 5 - 9:30 am and out by 7 pm. Current rates are $28 for 3-10 hours and $38 for 10-24 hours. Valet parking at the Westin Michigan Avenue Hotel is $25 for 2-4 hours, $29 for 4-12 hours, and $59 overnight. Self-parking is not available at the hotel.

Registration
Early registration is at 5:00 p.m. on Tuesday, September 4. Refreshments will be served. Registration and continental breakfast begin at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 5, and the first session starts at 8:30 a.m. For your comfort, wear layered clothing, as heating and cooling conditions may vary.
