8:45 - 9:45 -- Top 10 Support Issues - What are the Top 10 Support Issues? See what the most common or most timely support issues are that users are calling into Relius Administration Support. We will not only tell you what these issues are, but provide you with the best resolution for them.
9:45 - 10:00 -- Break
10:00 - 11:00 -- Gain/Loss Calculations -- We hope that a plan's investments will grow over time. But sometimes, the investments will shrink. In Relius, these changes are reflected in our balances through the gains (and losses) we process. This session will look at how these transactions are done, along with various ways the process can be made more efficient. Gains (and losses) can be processed for everyone in the plan and investment or individual participants, and can be imported as well as processed through transactions.
11:00 - 12:00 -- Working with Divisions - A division can be many things. From a simple location to an additional exclusion to a way of administering controlled groups and ASO's. In this session, we'll look at all of these and examine the process of working with divisions from setting them up and assigning the participants to processing transactions and runningreports for one, some or all divisions. We'll also look at how divisions can be used in our compliance testing.
12:00 - 1:00 -- Lunch
1:00 - 2:00 -- Changing System IDs- In this session, learn what this wonderful utility can do for you with social security numbers, plan ids, fund ids and plan year end. Also learn the trics for working around data limitations.
2:00 - 3:00 -- Data Validation - Not to be confused with Data Validation Center (DVC), Data Validation is a great way to determine if you have any inconsistencies in plan or loan specifications, census, allocation percentages, etc.. We will demonstrate when you should run Data Validation and what to do if an error or warning is encountered.
3:00 - 3:15 -- Break
3:15 - 4:00 -- Reporting Efficiencies - We generate the results of our work in Relius by using reports. But which one? And what's the best way? Relius Administration has over 200 different reports and many different ways to produce them. There are Standard Reports, ReportWriter Reports, Queries and other options. We can view, export, print, send them to the Web, e-mail them and even combine several into one file or process a batch. We can choose our own defaults and even choose what data to include in a report. There are so many options as well as showcase 'hidden' gems among all of the available report versions.
