Weather and Dress
Jacksonville generally has a temperate climate. Although in winter, cooler temperatures range from 30 to 70 degrees. Dress should be comfortable, casual business attire.

The Relius Administration Basic Workshop begins promptly at 8:30 a.m. and concludes at approximately 5:00 p.m.

Arrivals and Departures
In order to be rested and alert for class, please plan on arriving in Jacksonville in the afternoon on the day before class. Departing flights should be scheduled to leave after 6:00 PM on the last day of the workshop. (Please give yourself at least 50 minutes travel time to the airport during rush hours.)

Hotels and Accommodations
The following is a list of area hotels, some of whom have agreed to offer special rates to SunGard training clients. Be sure to inquire about a SunGard corporate rate when you contact the hotel. All hotel charges, including guaranteed late arrival, are your personal responsibility and cannot be billed to SunGard. All hotels listed provide accomodations for business travelers. If you encounter any problems during your stay at one of these hotels, please inform your class instructor or Staci Duffek, Relius Training Coordinator.

Transportation
We suggest that you rent a car during your stay. SunGard's offices and area hotels are approximately 17 miles from the airport. Alternately, airport shuttles and city taxi services are available.

Parking
Free parking is available at SunGard. However, please do not park in sections reserved for others, including the one-hour visitor spaces. SunGard is not responsible for personal items left in vehicles.
