Using our Premium Fax/Mail Service is as simple as completing a checklist about the plan's design. Using Relius Documents, we will process your checklist responses, add any specific language you require and send you a proof copy of the document for your approval. When your approval is received, we'll prepare your final documents. SunGard's printing services can also provide you professionally produced booklets for all plan participants at a low cost.

Administrative Services Agreement
The Administrative Services Agreement (ASA) asks the questions and provides the answers that lay the groundwork for a healthy working relationship with your clients. The ASA clearly outlines what services you provide on your client's behalf.

NEW High Deductible Health Plan (HDHP)
Available in our Self-Funded plans – just check the appropriate questions as you complete our checklist using any of our services or systems. Plus, you can combine an HDHP with a Health Savings Account (HSA) - providing your clients traditional medical coverage and a tax-free way to build savings for future medical expenses.

All plans and Supporting Forms Packages can be processed through our Premium Fax/Mail Service.

Using the Premium Fax/Mail Service means you get:
