Modules

Each Relius Documents PC level offers a selection of modules based on the type of plan documents you need. And, Relius Documents for Cafeteria plans offers both Flexible Spending Account Plans and Premium Only Plans, plus election forms and summary plan descriptions.

Level 1: This level provides documents as needed on a per-document fee basis. *

    Volume Submitter & Individually Designed Plan

Level 2: Twelve document packages per contract year. Any of the 12 documents unused in a contract year may be carried forward to the next contract year. If more than 12 documents are needed, these may be purchased in packages of three. *

* All document packages include IRS submission forms plus all required supporting forms.

Document Reporting System (DRS)
Available as an add-on module, DRS lets you quickly query the database for specific information about any previously created document project. DRS tracks all checklist entries and creates a database that can be used to generate custom reports using any report writer compatible with Microsoft Access (2.0), such as Crystal Report Writer, Word, and others. Use DRS for marketing reports or to identify clients whose plans contain certain provisions that may require legislative updates. DRS saves time, eliminates data entry errors, and maintains client information in one location.

Portable Document Format (PDF)
Available as an add-on module, PDF module allows you to save documents as read and print files using Adobe® Acrobat®. Any documents that you create in Relius Documents PC, that you would normally print, can now be saved and then sent to anyone as a PDF file.

You can send documents (Summary Plan Descriptions, forms etc.) to others as an unmodifiable file, so that your language and format won’t accidentally be changed. You can upload PDF documents to your Web site so your clients can view plan documents online.

Short Amendment System
When it is time to amend your document, select from several amendment types through our Short Amendment Module. For Individually Designed Plans, create an IRS Model/Sample, a SunGard-Designed Amendment, or a Self-Designed Amendment. For Cafeteria Plans, generate a SunGard-Designed or a Self-Designed Amendment. For Prototypes, prepare your own packages with the Self-Designed Amendment. Whichever type you use, the module will allow you to link back to your original document for easy reference and tracking!

SPD Booklets
With Relius Documents PC you can easily get SPD booklets by sending us your files to have our printing department prepare professional SPD Booklets for your clients. It's inexpensive and easy to do! Choose from several covers and font styles. We can even customize the booklets with your client's logo. Tracking
Relius Documents PC internal tracking system automatically records and displays a historical record for each project (document package) created. The tracking system tells you when you've created, built, modified, printed, and even archived a project. You can also enter your own user-defined codes, such as mailed-to-client, IRS approved, approved by your client and more. Tracking is an excellent tool for maintaining an audit trail for all your document projects.
