What's New?

• The application now supports the use of Microsoft Internet Explorer v9.0* and Mozilla Firefox v4.0 and higher.


• A Document Preview option has been added to checklist entry that will allow you to instantly preview any document at any time during the data entry process. This is particularly useful for quickly viewing the impacts certain selections will have on the current Adoption Agreement, Summary Plan Description or Plan Document without having to wait for files to be delivered via email.


• The Project Listing grid has been updated with new features:


• Size expanded for larger overall view of project data.


• Data broken up into a paginated view for quicker direct access to projects within the list.


• Column filter option now lists values in alphanumeric order.


• Columns with icon values can now be sorted by clicking on column headings.


• Columns with date values can now be filtered using “Greater Than” and “Less Than” qualifiers.


• A new Project Information page allows you to view and modify information about a particular project. Select a project from the project listing page and choose the “Project Information” option from the left-hand menu to:


• Create and/or assign a user-defined status for the current project.


• View or enter optional notes about the current plan.


• View Administration/Recordkeeping system identifier values for the current plan. Note these fields have been added in preparation for a forthcoming update to the Relius Documents-Admin link (currently slated for release with Relius Administration v17.1).


• Checklist Entry bug fixed: Tabbing between text boxes now only requires a single tab as opposed to two.


• Amendment Processing Module updates:


• SMM and Amendment Language Drafting dialog boxes have been updated to fix miscellaneous bugs.


• “Override Status”: This new option is provided for amendments that have a status of “Merged” that need to be updated. The override allows you to reset the amendment status to “Draft” so it can be revised and re-merged into the plan if necessary.


• Reporting Module: A new option has been provided to include/exclude Amendment projects from the report output.


• Multi-Doc Processing Module: A new option allows you to select a specific plan year end date by which your Annual Notice query results will be filtered.

What's Coming Next?

• Doc Editor: Make plan document modifications and save them within the Relius Documents system so they are retained as part of future builds of the plan. Save edits to a library so they may be applied to other plans within your system.


• Enhanced Relius Administration Link: Retrieve data from Relius Documents in an automated fashion for purposes of setting up new plans or updating existing plans within Relius Administration. Compare plan specifications across the two applications and view built plan documents within your Admin system. Look for the bulk of this functionality to be included with release of Relius Administration v17.1.
