For Relius Documents System (ASP or PC) clients:

You must have completed the following questions in the Document Information Section of the checklist in your Relius Documents System for each plan (project) prior to submitting your order to us for processing. If you are certain that you answered the questions appropriately, you can simply Order your booklets electronically now.

If you are NOT certain that you have answered all the questions in your Relius Documents System in order to process your SPD Booklet order correctly, follow these steps:

For Pension and Cafeteria plans:

  • For step-by-step instructions on how to create SPD Booklets for an existing plan (project) in your Relius Documents System, open the checklist for the project you’d like to create SPD Booklets (for ASP clients, login here)
  • Go to Document Information Section in the checklist
  • Scroll down to the question allowing you to select SPD Booklets
  • Click on Commentary box, which will give you step-by-step instructions on how to answer the checklist questions. Click on the link to submit your SPD Booklet order electronically.

For Self-Funded plans:

  • View   Get Adobe Acrobat Reader! step-by-step instructions on how to create SPD Booklets for an existing plan (project) in your Relius Documents system.

It’s that easy! For information about printing your SPD Booklets or to mail the SPD Booklets directly to plan participants, call Client Account Services at (800) 326-7235 and select option 6.

NOTE: If a booklet conversion is needed, a proof must be approved before final printing.
