This two-part Web seminar reviews the Form 5500 in detail for those issues relevant to welfare plans. We'll ignore retirement plans entirely and focus the entire 200 minutes on welfare plans. We will pay particular attention to wrap plans and identifying participants. We will also address the mandatory electronic filing requirements.

Objectives: At the end of the program, attendees will be able to:
