The IRS has given us an advance look at their plans for 403(b) written documents. Those plans include both a determination letter program and a prototype program. The IRS has provided a draft Revenue Procedure outlining their ideas about that prototype program, as well as a draft of sample plan language. These draft forms give us the first solid evidence of what the future holds for 403(b) documentation after the end of the 2009 grace period.

Our Web seminar takes a close look at the drafts. We look at the limitations and the strengths of the proposed programs, and what they mean for plan documents in 2009 and beyond.
