REGISTRATION: Day one: Sign-in/Coffee and Danish begin at 8:00 a.m., with the session beginning at 8:30 a.m. and adjourning at 4:30 p.m. On day two, Coffee and Danish at 8:00 a.m.; the session begins at 8:30 a.m. and adjourns for the day at 4:30 p.m. Day three: Coffee and Danish at 8:00 a.m.; the session begins at 8:30 a.m. and adjourns at 4:00 p.m.

Free time - From 11:45 a.m. - 1:00 p.m. all three days - you're on your own to enjoy lunch, shopping, a refreshing walk, or networking with other attendees.

For your comfort, please wear layered clothing, as heating and cooling conditions may vary.

AIRPORT SHUTTLE/DRIVING DIRECTIONS/PARKING: Call the hotel Concierge or Guest Services desk for information on shuttle/taxi schedules and costs, or to request a map and driving directions.

Although we have been advised that daily parking at the DoubleTree is free, you may wish to contact the hotel directly for information about parking.
