Chicago Marriott Downtown Magnificent Mile

Make your reservations early, as the hotel expects an early sell-out due to overlapping citywide conventions.

How to Get to the Hotel
The hotel is approximately 35 minutes from O’Hare International Airport, 25 minutes from Midway Airport, and is easily accessible via the Chicago Transit Authority (CTA) System. The CTA station "Grand and State" (Red Line) is two blocks away.

Airport Tranfers

Parking
For valet parking, take Ohio Street to Rush Street, turn right on Rush to the hotel’s circular driveway. $27 for 0 to 6 hours, $39 for 6 to 24 hours, unlimited in and out privileges.
For self parking, take Ohio Street, between Wabash and Rush, enter garage on left. $26 per 24 hour period, with in and out privileges. To take advantage of this rate, the parking ticket must be validated at check-in. The garage for self-parking is independently owned by Row Self-Park. They offer an Early Morning Special rate of $16, arrival before 10 am and departure before 7 pm, Monday thru Friday, NO in and out privileges.

"Wire for Business" Telecom Package
The Marriott offers an optional bundled telecom package for guestrooms at a flat rate of $17.12 per day plus tax. It includes: high speed internet access, unlimited local calls, unlimited long distance calls (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and Caribbean), and unlimited toll free phone calls. Ask the Front Desk for the package at check-in.

Registration
Early Registration is at 5:30 p.m. on Tuesday, September 2. Light refreshments will be served. Registration and Continental Breakfast begin at 8:00 a.m. on Wednesday, September 3, and the first session starts at 8:45 a.m.

Weather and Dress Code
The weather in September is usually sunny with bright blue skies, warm days, and cool evenings. The dress code for the Conference sessions, and all events is business casual. Meeting room temperatures may vary. We recommend bringing a light sweater or jacket to sessions.
