The John Marshall Law SchoolParticipating Sponsor
The Center for Tax Law and Employee Benefits, under the direction of Professor Kathryn J. Kennedy and Associate Director Barry Kozak, includes the LL.M. (Master of Laws) program in Employee Benefits Law for attorneys, which admitted its first students in 1998, and the M.S. (Master of Science) program in Employee Benefits for non-attorney benefits professionals, which admitted its first students in 2005. The mission of the Center is to educate attorneys and employee benefits professionals in the art and substance of employee benefits law with a curriculum that rigorously encompasses all of the substantive law and skills relevant to this field. The courses stress a transactional approach and deal with actual problems encountered in employee benefits law; are taught by some of the nation’s most prominent benefits attorneys and professionals; and include externships and practicums, as well as tailored elective courses that compliment the broad range of required classes. Additionally, the Center hosts public policy programs that provide academics an opportunity to offer solutions for existing problems, offers CLE programs for practicing attorneys and benefits practitioners, and presents career-oriented programs to assist our students in finding employment that is rewarding and suitable for their individual career goals. BPA Harbridge – AutoRollovers by BPA-Harbridge provides a fully compliant IRA Rollover solution. We will work with your current service provider to automate the process of notifying Participants and ultimately processing their rollovers. Once established, our solution is a paperless process in which data is transmitted to us electronically via our secure website. From that point, your only responsibility to these account holders, if and when they come forward, is informing them of how to contact us. There are no program fees to the Plan Sponsor and no set-up fees to the Participant. Each IRA account holder will bear the cost of their IRA through low annual maintenance fees charged directly to their IRA Account. Once a year, BPA-Harbridge will submit data on accounts with outdated mailing address to a locater service, in an attempt to re-establish contact with your former Participants. www.autorollovers.com
