EGTRRA DB restatements begin!! The restatement period for pre-approved DB plans is May 1, 2010 - April 30, 2012.

We have received approval of our prototype and volume submitter DB plans. If you subscribe to the prototype document, you should have already received your plan and opinion letters. The document system for both the prototype documents and our individually designed formatted DB volume submitter plans have been released.
