Deadline to adopt PPA good-faith amendment deadline is last day of 2009 plan year
In the next few weeks we wiill be releasing an updated DB PPA amendment, an NRA amenendment, a Midewest Disaster amendment. We do not believe any changes to our EACA/QACA amendment are needed as a result of the IRS issuing a sample amendment.
