We have just sent out amendments for Defined Benefit plans (an amendment for ongoing plans and one for terminating plans).

We have also released amendments to exit safe harbor contributions mid-year. These are available in the "other resources" section of our web site. 

We are working on the EACA/QACA amendment and expect to issue that within the next few weeks.
