We have updated the DC Termination Amendment for 2009. This package allows employers with terminating DC plans to amend those plans to comply with all laws in effect at the time of termination, including PPA, Heroes Earnings Assistance and Relief Tax Act of 2008 (HEART Act), and the 2009 required minimum distribution ("RMD") waiver provisions of the Worker, Retiree, and Employer Recovery Act of 2008 (WRERA).

We are finalizing the termination and ongoing PPA amendment for DB plans. Look for an email on these sometime next week. We are also finalizing the EACA/QACA amendment and will provide an update on that as soon as we can.
